Captcha keeps failing
A captcha that never passes is almost always caused by something between your browser and our server rather than by your account. This page lists the causes we actually see, each with the specific thing to change.
The usual suspects: a proxy or VPN whose exit node is already flagged, a blocking extension, a system clock out of sync by more than a couple of minutes, or third-party cookies switched off. If none of them applies, the page has a direct line to support.
Why verification gets stuck
Human verification is provided by Cloudflare to keep bulk sign-up bots out. Getting stuck on it usually says nothing about your account or password — it means your current network exit or browser environment looks suspicious to the check. The causes below are ordered from most to least common.
Work through the checks in order
- You're on a proxy, VPN or accelerator These tools put many people behind one shared exit IP, so the check reads the traffic as bot traffic — it spins forever or turns red again and again. Turn the proxy off and connect directly; if you must keep it, switch to another node and reload the page.
- A blocking extension is installed in your browser Ad blockers, privacy guards and script blockers cut off the verification widget's requests too, leaving an empty box on the page. The quickest check is to retry in a private window. Once confirmed, allow challenges.cloudflare.com in the extension, or disable the extension on this site.
- Your system clock is off The verification result expires, so a clock that drifts far from real time is rejected outright. Turn on automatic date-and-time sync in your system settings, then reload the page.
- Third-party cookies are blocked Verification needs to store a short-lived credential in your browser, which cannot happen while cookies are blocked outright. Allow third-party cookies in your privacy settings, or add this site to the exception list — strict anti-tracking modes need turning off as well.
- You're in an in-app browser, or your browser is too old Browsers embedded inside apps such as WeChat or QQ don't fully support the verification widget. Copy the link and open it in a regular browser like Chrome, Edge or Safari, and update that browser to the latest version.
- Unstable network, or a corporate or campus firewall Corporate and campus networks often block the verification service's domain, and verification times out easily on a weak connection. Try again on a different network — a phone hotspot, for example.
Frequently asked questions
I changed a setting and it still fails — why?
After changing any setting above, reload the whole page for it to take effect — retrying inside the verification box alone won't pick it up.
Still stuck after all of these?
Email us and someone will follow up. To save a round trip, please include: a screenshot of the verification box, your browser name and version, your country or region, and whether a proxy is in use.
