Pricing and plans
Geyi bills in credits. A membership plan comes with a monthly credit allowance and a set of entitlements; credit packs top up an existing account without changing the plan. Both are listed side by side with the per-page rate for each document type.
The whole price list is public — no account required. Before submitting a job you can also see the exact credit cost for that file, so nothing is charged on an estimate you did not see.
Plans versus credit packs
A plan buys capability and throughput; credits buy compute. They stack rather than replace each other. Each plan carries a monthly credit allowance and a set of entitlements — per-file size cap, how many files run concurrently, queue priority, how long history is kept, and tier-gated features such as bilingual output, glossaries, custom prompts, the high PPT tier, the Zotero plugin and OpenAPI access.
Credit packs top up an existing account without changing the plan. They can be bought at any time and pool with the plan's allowance.
How credits are deducted
Translation and extraction jobs bill per page; AI-rate reduction bills per thousand characters. The estimate appears before you submit, and credits held for a job are released automatically if it fails or is cancelled.
Every file translation bills at least 10 credits, and a single image counts as one page.

Can I see prices without an account?
Yes. The full price list and the tier-by-tier entitlement comparison are public.
Will I be charged on an estimate I never saw?
No. The estimated cost is shown before you submit. The final charge follows the real page count the server parses, credits are only held while the job runs, and the hold is released if it is cancelled or fails.
Can a subscription be cancelled?
Yes, from account settings at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the current period running to its end.
How many credits come with signing up?
300 credits, plus a one-day free trial of the Research tier. Completing every survey adds a one-time 500 credits.
