Geyi for cross-border teams
Across time zones, documents often matter more than meetings: whether the other side read the same meaning out of a spec decides how much gets redone later.
For teams, Geyi is useful in three places: processing a batch of files at once, fixing internal wording into one set of renderings, and converting between whatever formats a partner asks for.
Batches
Several files can be submitted together, and how many run at once depends on your plan; past the limit the page asks you to wait or upgrade. Jobs run in the background, so you can submit and move on, collecting results from History.
Format conversion accepts batches too, downloading as one archive.
One set of wordings
Product names, job titles and internal terms rendered differently by different people cause real misunderstandings. The personal glossary pins them, and edits take effect on the next job.
Where tighter control of style is needed, higher tiers can add a custom prompt on top of the existing rules.
Whatever format they asked for
Translations export as Word, PDF, Markdown or EPUB. When only the format needs changing, format conversion covers ten common pairings between PDF, Word, EPUB, PPT and Markdown — faster and cheaper than running a translation.

It depends on your plan; the upload page shows your current concurrency and per-file size cap.
Are there team accounts?

Can a glossary be shared with colleagues?
Glossaries sit under an account. For multi-person sharing, email support@geyi.net describing the setup.
Is there an API?

Contracts are sensitive — how are they handled?
The security page covers encrypted transport, retention by tier (7 / 30 / 60 days), clearance once that period ends, and the response window for deletion requests.
How do we reconcile spending?
The account page lists usage entry by entry with time, type and credits consumed, so a period can be checked line by line.
